Shipping usually costs about $10.00 for UPS Ground delivery for most products. 2 Day Air delivery usually costs between $19-$28 while Next Day Air shipping costs approach between $45-$65. All orders are subject to credit card approval. In-stock items will be shipped the same business day for orders received by 11 a.m. Central Time, otherwise it will ship out the next business day (not Saturday or Sunday) from St. Paul, Minnesota. All items will be shipped via UPS Ground within the continental US, unless otherwise requested.

Forever Pets will allow you to return any urn purchased for up to 60 days 'no questions asked' and we will refund you everything except shipping charges. The urn simply needs to arrive here in good condition without significant damage.

International customers are responsible for customs and/or additional fees (duty/brokerage fees) applied at the time of delivery. We take no responsibility for additional fees associated with international shipping. We try to ship using Postal delivery permitting delivery in 5-8 days at a cost of $45-$50 throughout Europe and Australia. If our system charges you more than this cost, we will credit back the overcharge.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses is accomplished via U.S. Priority Mail. Simply choose the "UPS Ground" option and we will charge you the correct amount based on Priority Mail rates (usually $12.00), otherwise call us at 1 (888) 450-7727.
