Please understand that you may pay more for our products when purchased through our distributors because they are providing additional value-added services. Our distributors maintain physical offices in your local area and can offer face-to-face emotional support. They also assist you by installing your pet's ashes for you. If you buy an urn from a veterinarian, additional costs are built into the purchase price to cover transportation from the crematory to the veterinarian, as well as additional nominal commissions paid to the veterinarian for taking your order. Prices are admittedly high at first glance, but please understand that this reflects the labor intensive nature of this difficult, low volume, highly personalized service.
